Every state has its own rules

Each state has its own laws for lenders. They set which kinds of loans can be offered, the largest amount, the fees and interest a lender can charge, and how long you have to repay.

Your loan amount, APR and repayment term depend on your state, your lender and your situation.

California

In California, our lender partner offers short term loans of $100 to $255. The fee is up to 15% of the total, and the loan is due on your next pay date, up to 31 days. Our lender partner is licensed by the California DFPI. See Loan Rates for an example.

Not in your state yet

We cannot connect you with a lender outside California yet. If you enter an address in another state, the application stops before anything is sent. Our Responsible Borrowing page lists other options.

More states

We may add states as we add lenders that are licensed to lend there. When we do, this page will show them.
