About this consent
The federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the ESIGN Act) lets a business give you records and get your signature electronically, but only with your consent. This page explains what you agree to when you check the Electronic Consent box on the Dino Loan application. This consent is between you and ArHa, Inc. ("Dino Loan," "we" or "us").
You can only submit a request online, so we need this consent to accept your request. If you do not agree, do not submit a request.
Records this consent covers
You agree that we can give you these records electronically instead of on paper:
- This consent, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our other notices and disclosures.
- The consents you give on the application, such as the credit report authorization.
- Confirmations and other messages about your request.
- Any change to these documents.
Electronic signatures
When you check a box and tap Get my offer, you sign electronically. Your electronic signature has the same effect as signing on paper.
Who this consent covers
This consent covers the disclosures, consents and notices Dino Loan gives you about your request. It does not cover lenders. A lender that makes you an offer asks for its own electronic consent before you sign a loan agreement with it.
How we deliver records
We may show records on screen while you use the site, post them on dinoloan.com, send them to the email address you gave us, or text you a link. You can view them on a computer, phone or tablet.
What you need
To get, view and keep electronic records, you need:
- A computer, phone or tablet with internet access.
- A current version of a common web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, with JavaScript turned on and support for secure, encrypted connections.
- An email account that can receive messages, and a mobile number that can receive texts if you want texts.
- Software that opens PDF files, if we send you a PDF.
- A printer, or space on your device, to save copies.
If these requirements change
If a change to these requirements could keep you from getting or keeping a record, we will tell you about the change. You can then withdraw your consent without any fee.
Paper copies
You can ask for a free paper copy of any record we gave you electronically, within one year after we gave it to you. Email support@dinoloan.com with your name, email address and mailing address, and tell us which record you need. We keep these records for five years.
For a paper copy of a lender's records, contact the lender.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time, at no cost, by emailing support@dinoloan.com. Your withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable time to act on it.
Withdrawing does not change the legal effect of records we gave you, or signatures you made, before it took effect. Your request is complete once you submit it, so withdrawing cannot undo that request. Without this consent, we cannot accept a new request from you.
To withdraw your consent with a lender, contact the lender directly. If you withdraw it before you get a loan, the lender may not be able to lend to you.
Keep your contact details current
Tell us if your email address or mobile number changes, so we can reach you. Email support@dinoloan.com. If you are working with a lender, update your details with the lender too.
Your agreement
By checking the Electronic Consent box and submitting your request, you confirm that:
- You have read this consent and can open and save records in the formats described above.
- You agree to get records electronically and to sign electronically.
- You know you can ask for paper copies and can withdraw your consent.
